Laura was most recently with DigiBC where she was responsible for managing the production and operational needs of the 2024 Signals Creative Tech Expo. Produced in partnership with the Vancouver International Film Festival, Signals showcased the work of 19 Canadian and international interactive artists in custom designed and fabricated installations to over 2,500 visitors.

From 2013 through 2024 she was a Line Producer and Project Manager with the National Film Board of Canada’s Digital Studio where she worked in close partnership with the creative Producers to identify, plan, and execute interactive projects from conception through launch and beyond. 

Over 10 years she managed over 50 projects with budgets ranging from $5,000 to $1.5 million, reaching 15 million+ views and winning over 50 awards including 5 Webbys, 4 Canadian Screen Awards, and 3 Communication Arts Awards.

Laura is digitally fluent, flexible and empathetic yet budget and timeline focused, with solid organizational skills. Experienced in providing direction, motivation, and inspiration, she specializes in helping creative teams tell stories with innovative technologies.
